August 24, 2022 – The Huntsville/Madison County Chamber announced the winners of the “Best Places to Work” award, and they named NTA, Inc. as the Silver winner within the large category. The large category includes companies with 101-250 employees. NTA received the Silver award for their category among 3 eligible awards Gold, Silver, and Bronze.
“What an honor to be deemed by our own employees as a worthy recipient of the Silver ‘Best Places to Work’ award,” said Shannon Fields, President of NTA, Inc. “We take the results of these surveys very seriously and use them to be even better for next year!”
The award ceremony occurred during a luncheon hosted at the Von Braun Center on Tuesday, August 16, 2022. Each winning company reflects the results of employee surveys conducted by Quantum Workplace earlier in the year. The feedback from these surveys goes directly to the leadership of each corresponding company to share what’s working and to encourage improvements.
