Investing in Huntsville Educators and Staff by Providing Free Lunch

A Little About Farley Elementary School

Farley Elementary School, a Huntsville-based school founded in 1885, began as a “one room school house built by Dr. John Benton Farley,” and only had 25 students enrolled when it first opened (Information acquired from the “Fast Facts” Farley Elementary School Newsletter). Today, with 331 students from Pre-K to 5th Grade, the school specializes in providing a challenging curriculum for a diverse student body.

Investing in the Teachers and Staff

The school began its Fall semester on Wednesday, August 4, 2021. To show support to the school, NTA, Inc. supplied a free lunch for the teachers and staff on Friday, August 6, 2021. The lunch included 45 boxed lunches specially packed and delivered by Jason’s Deli.

Farley Elementary School showed it’s thanks through a post on their Facebook:

As quoted on Farley Elementary PTA’s page, “NTA would like to say thank you to all of [the teachers and staff] for your hard work and leading our children to a better future.”
